Our Story

There are moments in history when silence becomes complicity. When the year 2020 arrived, bringing with it a global health crisis, the world witnessed something unprecedented: a pandemic, yes — but also a pandemic of censorship. Doctors, scientists, researchers, and patients who dared to speak about therapeutic alternatives found their voices silenced, their publications erased, and their careers destroyed.

It was in the midst of this storm that a group of brave physicians, researchers, lawyers, and citizens from around the world decided they would not remain silent. They founded COMUSAV — the Coalición Mundial por la Salud y la Vida (World Coalition for Health and Life) — a non-profit organization born from the conviction that no government, no institution, and no corporation has the right to deny a human being the freedom to seek healing.

Today, COMUSAV unites over 5,000 medical professionals, therapists, researchers, and advocates across more than 36 countries. We are not a voice — we are a chorus. A chorus that sings the same truth: that health is a fundamental human right, that science must never be silenced, and that freedom of expression in medicine is not negotiable.

The Fire That Could Not Be Extinguished

In October 2020, against all odds, against a tide of disinformation campaigns, and against the full weight of institutional opposition, something extraordinary happened. The Plurinational State of Bolivia — moved by the voices of its people, its doctors, and the tireless work of COMUSAV — passed Law 1351. For the first time in human history, a sovereign nation legally recognized the right of its citizens to access and use a therapeutic alternative that the global establishment had tried to erase.

This was not merely a legislative act. It was an act of rebellion in the name of life.

On March 16, 2021, in recognition of this historic achievement and the life's work of our honorary member, Dr. h.c. Andreas Ludwig Kalcker — creator of CDS and author of the worldwide bestseller "La Salud Prohibida" (Forbidden Health) — COMUSAV declared that date as World CDS Day. In the words of our former President, Dr. h.c. Manuel Aparicio Alonso: "There are those who fight one day and they are good. Those who fight many days and they are very good. Those who fight many years and they are better. But there are those who fight their WHOLE LIFE — and those are the INDISPENSABLE."

What We Stand For

DioxiBook is the social platform of COMUSAV — a space dedicated to education, health, and the free exchange of scientific information. We exist because the right to speak about health belongs to everyone, not just to those anointed by power.

We believe in:

• Freedom of medical expression — No doctor, researcher, or citizen should fear persecution for sharing knowledge about health.
• Integrative medicine — The best medicine honors all traditions, all evidence, and all approaches that serve the patient.
• The right to be heard — Patients' experiences, doctors' observations, and researchers' findings deserve a platform free from censorship.
• Education over prohibition — An informed society is a free society. Prohibition without dialogue is tyranny.

Our Name

DioxiBook — a name that carries within it the memory of a substance that became a symbol. A symbol of hope for millions who found in CDS a path to healing when all other doors had closed. A symbol of resistance against a system that would rather bury a solution than admit it exists. A symbol of the book that the world tried to ban — and that instead became a beacon.

DioxiBook is more than a social network. It is a sanctuary for health truth. Every testimony shared here, every study discussed, every experience recounted — they form part of a living archive of human resilience. The cases published on this platform are shared voluntarily by the people who lived them, in their own words, on their own terms.

We do not claim to speak for science — we claim the right for science to speak freely.
